Exceptional Customer service
Order arrived in time and items were as described. Customer service was excellent, (Laura) they could not have done any more to help me. All my questions were answered promptly and they were extremely helpful. Thank you for such great customer service

Very Happy with Customer Service & my bracelets
I ordered a few bracelets for Christmas presents. One broke after a week a she caught it on something, and when I emailed to ask if it could be fixed I was sent an immediate replacement with no fuss whatsoever. I was also sent the postage to return my broken bracelet. I am sad for the other customers who for whatever reason did not receive the excellent customer service I did, I can only go on my personal experience. I will use this company again.

I’ve brought quite few bracelets…
I’ve brought quite few bracelets present and for me all different designs I won’t buy again from them I’m on my 4th bracelet they just break off not happy you don’t get any response from them there only 6 mths old

Avoid at all costs!
Avoid at all costs! I ordered a personalised silver necklace on 4th January and paid next day delivery. It still hasn’t arrived, I’m so disappointed I put in the address accurately and even paid via PayPal so address is automatic and the Royal Mail link they gave me said it hadn’t been delivered due to wrong address which is ludicrous. I have sent 5 emails within this time frame (14days) and no answers. I’ve tried ringing no answer. I’ve left my details to contact and still nothing. I will not be using this company ever again nor promoting it to anybody. If I could rate it 0 out of 5 I would!

As bad as it gets!
I have ordered from this place on 3rd January. Still awaiting my order. Emailed for an update, no response. Received an email asking me to review my product, how can I review a product/company when it still hasn't been delivered. I definitely won't be using this company again

Can't give a lower review, disgusted that my money lefty account over 6 weeks ago and no bracelet. No response to my emails. Continuously bombarded the emails to buy more. Could not be less impressed. Do not recommend.

My One Stop Shop For Gifting!
Really happy with my purchase from The Little Keepsake Co. My selected shipping came on time, packaged in a cute box & the jewellery itself is beautiful. Perfect one stop shop for my gifting needs!!!

The seller supplied incorrect goods on my Etsy order.
The seller messed up my Etsy order by sending 2 totally different necklaces to the one that I had ordered as a Christmas present for my wife. I tried phoning The Little Keepsake company multiple times to try to rectify the problem but nobody answered the phone, I sent an email which was ignored, I sent a follow up email which was also ignored, they only responded when I made a complaint through Etsy, they finally responded and after sending the 2 incorrect necklaces back I received a refund. I would advise people to avoid using this company if you are able to find the same goods elsewhere.

Purchased a bracelet for Christmas & it broke the same day. After providing a photo of the broken item, sending numerous emails & trying to call, no one has advised how to get a refund. A shame really because the items are quite nice. Will never buy from here again.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I recently ordered from the company , and accidentally put my old address bare in mind I realised straight after I had ordered my product , after trying to email multiple times and phoning their number which by the way does not go through as “their mailbox is full” probably from the amount of people who want to complain about them . I now have to wait for it to be delivered to my old address and collect it from them , because the company cannot be bothered to their job. I will never be ordering from here again , and I highly recommend anyone considering ordering from here go to another company , I have also read that the jewellery is bad quality, I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered . - Dan

I purchased a bracelet which broke after 1 day. I have tried contacting customer services by phone several times and by email 4 times and no one is responding. Terrible customer services. Really disappointed.

Wonderful Customer Service
Wonderful customer service! Received a charm with a handprint and footprint of my baby engraved onto it, and initially there was a mark on the prints. I messaged the company and without question they sent a replacement special delivery in time for Christmas. Really impressed!

I would like to give zero stars if I’m…
I would like to give zero stars if I’m honest bug wouldn’t allow me to write this. I purchased a bracelet and added a disc with my granddaughters initials as a gift for my daughter. The first one broke after a few wears and they sent me a replacement but the second one has broken in exactly the same place after only a couple of wears. I’ve tried to contact them again, this time asking for a refund as this item is obviously substandard and, with no response whatsoever and I think I am now blocked. This item was not cheap, I paid extra for the disc and a little box. I would not purchase anything else from this company after reading other bad reviews too. My advice would be to go to a decent jewellery shop because at least you hopefully have a more decent customer service. It’s a shame because I like to support small companies but I’m afraid this company is a waste of money. You might as well throw it away.

Don’t deal with this company
Don’t deal with this company I ordered a necklace on 21/12/23 and it was supposed to be next day delivery. I am still waiting!! I have emailed numerous times and tried to call to no avail.. customer service is a disgrace 🤬I do not recommend 😱

Poor quality and no customer service
Bought a bracelet in October for a friends 60th. Went to wrap it two weeks ago the whole piece was black! I’ve worn sterling silver jewellery for many, many years. It should NOT tarnish as quick as this. I have tried emailing and leaving a message on Instagram no reply whatsoever.

So pleased with my purchase, I had my dogs paw print and name engraved onto my necklace it turned out beautifully. A lovely keepsake!

Honestly couldn’t be happier with my necklace purchased for my mother in law as her 50th birthday present. It’s a stunning silver chain with a heart ingraved with her late fathers handwriting on and has a beautiful silver feather also attached. It is honestly so pretty and something I know she will treasure forever.

I purchased two bracelets in October 2023, within 2 months the attached star/heart has fallen off and I am unable to re attach- I have emailed them now on two occasions and they are ignoring me- Sending me plenty of sales emails though- Never use them again.

New era begins at Moscow City Hall
Monday’s Moscow City Council meeting ushered in a new era as three new city councilmembers, a new city supervisor and new mayor were sworn into office.
Mayor Art Bettge took the oath of office, Julia Parker, Hailey Lewis and Gina Taruscio were sworn onto City Council and Bill Belknap took his position as the new city supervisor.
Much of the meeting was devoted to sharing kind words for outgoing mayor Bill Lambert, outgoing city supervisor Gary Riedner and outgoing city council member Brandy Sullivan.
Riedner is leaving after 26 years.
“Gary embodies the complex multifaceted character trait of understanding,” city attorney Mia Bautista said.
Deputy city supervisor Tyler Palmer said Riedner practiced “selfless service” and his work to oversee Moscow’s city services affected every citizen.
Deputy city supervisor Jen Pfiffner said Riedner has worked through every hard decision with an empathetic approach and is a “living example of ethical management.”
Riedner then took to the podium to share his brief remarks.
“I don’t know who you folks were describing tonight,” he joked. “He sounds like a heck of a guy.”
Riedner thanked city staff for doing their jobs with the “heart of a servant” and said he was grateful to work with the mayor, council and the community.
“The community means a lot to me,” he said.
As a parting gift, he was allowed to keep a wooden duck decoy that was part of Moscow’s public art collection and on Riedner’s wall since 2004.
As Lambert gave his final remarks, he thanked the 170 people who work for the city as well as the many who volunteer on the city’s commissions.
“That’s what makes our city great is the volunteerism,” he said.
He credited the council for being steadfast in their actions, including when it came to making decisions in response to COVID-19. He said they did what they thought was right for the community and did not let politics interfere with their decision making.
Lambert has served the city of Moscow for 21 years as a member of the planning and zoning commission, board of adjustment, city council and as mayor.
“I never took it for granted ever,” he said.
As Parker, Lewis and Taruscio were sworn in, it began what is likely the first term in Moscow’s history with a council of all women.
Sullivan chose not to run for re-election this year and former council member Bettge now takes his post as mayor.
Sullivan thanked residents for being involved in city government by attending meetings and joining commissions. She credited the council for being respectful of each other and approaching issues with an open mind.
“You all play a big part in why this has been a positive experience for me,” she said.
